Third-party integration and hidden list

Hello,

I have an integration with BookFunnel that validates a subscriber's eligibility to download a file based on their inclusion on one of my Sendy lists. I want to hide the list (among others) so that it's not selectable in campaign sending. Will hiding it interfere with this integration/check?
