Thanks for sending me your login details. There is a problem with your server getting the URL variables using GET because of the way the URL is rewritten, hence the preview can't get the campaign's ID in order to display the newsletter preview.
Sorry, it's not possible to show custom field in subscriber list. The subscriber list column will grow to as large as the number of custom fields are created which will break the UI.Hi. Can you double check if you have set up bounce handling correctly? See Get Started Guide. Bounces should go to the SNS endpoint instead of going to your inbox.If no AWS credentials is set, emails will be sent via PHP's sendmail function.

You need to use your AWS credentials, not create an IAM user and use those credentials. This is documented in the in Problem with SES quota Comment by Ben November 2012Good to hear. SMTP will be on the next update.
