Hi,

When an email is 'Bounced', 'Marked as spam' or 'Unsubscribed', future emails you send or import will skip these emails. You don't need to remove these email addresses or do anything.

Setup a 'Drip Campaign' Autoresponder that sends an email immediately after a user signs up to the list

It will have to be. If you don't set the MAIL FROM, the email headers will display "Sent via amazonses.com". Some email clients may display this visibly at the top of the email.
