Test emails won't have links encrypted, there's no need to. Only when the campaign is sent out for real, the links are converted (and encrypted) to be tracked for the report.

Did you use Sendy's official unsubscribe tags in your email HTML code? If you did, the unsubscribe links won't show up as a link in the campaign report.
